Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order placement.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless we are offering a free shipping promotion.

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package cannot be delivered because:
